Privacy Notice

About this notice
This notice describes the Vadersoft company website and enquiries made through it. For privacy questions, contact legal@vadersoft.com. A separate agreement or notice may apply when we provide a product or service to you.
Sending a project enquiry
When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, company, selected services, project stage, and project description are sent to our server and forwarded to the Vadersoft enquiry inbox. The form does not send information until you choose “Send enquiry”. Please avoid including passwords, access credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information.
The handler does not keep a separate database of project briefs. Messages may be retained in the email systems used for correspondence. To limit automated abuse, the handler temporarily records a hashed network identifier and submission counts; these expire after one hour and are removed during subsequent submissions. Hosting and mail infrastructure may maintain separate operational logs.
How enquiry information is used
Information you send is used to respond to your enquiry, understand a proposed engagement, and manage the related correspondence. Information may also need to be retained to meet applicable legal obligations or address a dispute. The appropriate retention period depends on the nature of the correspondence and any subsequent agreement. You can ask us about information associated with your enquiry using the contact address above.
Website technology and hosting
This website’s application code does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies. If you choose Light or Dark in the footer, the site saves that appearance preference in your browser’s local storage. Choosing System removes the saved preference and follows your device settings. The Accessibility options in the footer can also save a reduced-motion preference in local storage. Choosing Follow device removes that saved choice. These preferences are not sent to us. Its images, fonts, styles, and scripts are served with the site. Search and topic filters operate in your browser. Security watch loads a saved update from this website. Our server collects public advisories and attributed security headlines from the sources listed in that section; your browser does not contact those publishers until you follow an external link. Contact-form details are not part of this collection.
Serving a website involves technical information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time. The hosting infrastructure may process or log that information for delivery, reliability, and security. Hosting arrangements and their retention settings may change; contact us for details of the current deployment.
Service providers and external links
Website hosting and email delivery involve service providers processing information needed to provide those services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. Links to social networks, source material, and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Your choices and rights
You can choose to browse without contacting us. Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may request access to information about you, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of information, and may object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
For information about statutory privacy rights or to raise a concern with the regulator, visit the Data Protection Commission.
Changes
We may update this notice as the website or its data practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Significant new collection or functionality should be accompanied by appropriate information at the point of use.
