Intelligence in motion.
Control by design.

We connect sensing, software, and control so machines can act within clear boundaries, with human oversight and recovery designed into the system.

Sense. Decide. Act within defined boundaries.

Understand the environment.
Define the limits.

Vadersoft approaches robotics as a connected engineering problem: what a machine can sense, how it decides, and what it may safely do. We work with Pibotix as a robotics partner. We develop the software, device integrations, and control workflows around the operating environment and available hardware. Simulation and staged physical testing help evaluate behaviour before wider use. Edge inference, telemetry, human intervention, and recovery are considered together, with deployment responsibilities and operating limits made explicit.

  • Robotics software, sensor integrations, and control workflows
  • Simulation, edge AI integration, and supervised autonomy prototypes
  • Telemetry, intervention controls, test plans, and operating documentation

From possibility to practice.

  1. Map sensing to action.

Define the inputs, uncertainty, operating space, and actions the machine may take. Hardware constraints and the consequences of a mistake guide the software architecture.

  2. Prove behaviour in stages.

Use simulation and controlled physical tests to examine normal operation, unexpected inputs, and loss of connectivity. Agree on evidence for each stage before expanding the scope.

  3. Keep intervention practical.

Make system state visible and define who can interrupt, recover, or authorise an action. Monitoring and operating procedures are part of the delivered system.

Working with Pibotix.

We work with Pibotix as a robotics partner, bringing complementary perspectives on physical AI, intelligent machines, and the connection between sensing, software, and action.

Before we build.

Can robotics software work with existing hardware?

We begin with the available interfaces, sensors, actuators, documentation, and operating constraints. A feasibility stage establishes which integrations are practical and what additional hardware or specialist input is required.

Does autonomy mean removing human control?

The level of autonomy is an explicit project decision. We define permissions, operating boundaries, escalation, and intervention around the task and its risks, rather than assuming every action should be autonomous.

Can a robotic system operate without internet?

The required sensing, control, models, and data must be available locally for the agreed offline workflow. We test that workflow separately from remote monitoring or optional services and define its response to disconnection.
